Booking Your Rental
- Call us to check availability of equipment and dates
- Send a $50 deposit check to reserve your equipment
- Cancel up to 15 days before the rental date for a full deposit refund
- Orders cancelled 14 days or fewer before the rental date forfeit the $50 deposit
Payment
- The person picking up the rental must present a credit card and photo ID matching the billing address
- Payment accepted by credit card, cash, or certified check (credit card still required as security)
- If paying by certified check, we must verify with your bank before releasing equipment
Security & Insurance
- You must provide a rider from your insurance company showing coverage for the full value of the rental
- This is a standard form your insurance provider can easily provide
Service Area
Rentals are available for the NJ / NYC / CT tri-state area only. Equipment must be picked up and returned in person - rental items cannot be shipped.
