Panasonic AK-HC3900GSJ HD Studio Camera
The AK-HC3900GSJ is Panasonic\'s entry point into its AK studio camera line, built on the same 11.14-megapixel MOS sensor as the flagship AK-UC4000 but priced for houses of worship, corporate AV, and mid-size sports and studio work that do not need native 4K on day one. It ships as an HD camera and stays there until the job calls for more: an AK-SFC391 software key unlocks SMPTE ST 2110 IP operation for CCU-free installs, keeping the initial system cost down without boxing in the upgrade path.
Two HD-SDI outputs plus a switchable trunk/prompter aux terminal cover a standard studio chain, and dual switchable XLR inputs (mic, line, or +48V phantom) handle on-camera audio without an external mixer. At 4.0 kg body-only, it mounts on the same pedestals, pan/tilt heads, and lens systems as the rest of the AK line, so a system integrator can spec HC3900 bodies alongside UC4000 or UCX100 cameras on one CCU platform.
