VigilLink VLHA-RCEX HDMI ARC Audio Extractor with CEC Volume Control

The VLHA-RCEX takes the audio return channel from an ARC-enabled television and outputs it as two-channel analog stereo, on both a 3.5mm jack and a pair of RCA connectors. That feeds a receiver, an amplifier, or a headphone system from a TV that has no analog output of its own.

It supports PCM 2.0 audio and is HDMI 1.4 compliant. CEC passes through, so the television remote still sets the volume on the connected amplifier rather than requiring a second handset.
