MuxLab 500040 VGA Balun II Kit

The VGA Balun II kit puts an analog RGB signal onto a single 4-pair Cat5 UTP cable, reaching up to 350ft (107m) at 800 x 600. It uses the existing structured cabling instead of a heavy coax-bundle VGA cable, which saves conduit space on a long run.

This kit pairs the 500040 source-side unit (HD15 male) with the 500042 display-side unit (HD15 female). Certain sync-sensitive displays may need the reset button on the units pressed after power-up. It does not support DDC handshaking, and it is not compatible with the 500010, 500011, or 500014.
