MuxLab 500033 Quad Audio Balun

The 500033 carries up to four individual RCA channels, or two stereo pairs, over a single Cat5e/6 cable to 3,250ft (1km). It is passive, so a pair of units replaces four audio runs with one structured cable and no power at either end.

Connectors are color-coded female RCA sockets, which lets you use standard patch leads instead of fixed pigtails. Frequency response is 20Hz to 20kHz over the distance range. Used in pairs, it is a straightforward way to get zone audio across a building on cable that is already in the wall.
