MuxLab 500028 Stereo Hi-Fi Balun
The 500028 converts unbalanced line-level stereo audio onto a single Cat5e/6 pair so it can travel up to 3,250ft (1km) point to point. It is passive, so nothing needs power at either end, and frequency response holds 20Hz to 20kHz across the distance range for full-bandwidth music rather than paging-only audio.
Baluns are used in pairs, one at each end. The base model presents color-coded male RCA leads; the -F version uses female RCA sockets so you can plug in your own patch leads. The 2-Pack options ship the matched pair needed for one run. It also works with the MuxLab wall-plate versions for a flush finish.
