HK Audio LINEAR 9 110 XA Active 10 inch Loudspeaker

The LINEAR 9 110 XA is the compact cabinet of the LINEAR 9 system, built to the same standard as the larger boxes rather than as a budget version. A 10-inch cone driver on a 2.5-inch voice coil crosses at 2 kHz to a 1-inch compression driver with a 1.4-inch coil, behind a rotatable constant directivity horn covering 80 by 60 degrees. Biamped Class D power is 700 W RMS, giving 126 dB average and 129 dB peak with response to 70 Hz.

Its connectors are the touring set: powerCON NAC3 in and thru so several cabinets share a mains run, an XLR/jack combo input with an analog XLR through, a separate DSP output, and Ethercon network in and out for control and monitoring down a line of boxes. The DSP preamplifier handles crossover, EQ, and limiting per cabinet. At 36.4 pounds it works as a fill, a front fill, or a monitor alongside the larger LINEAR 9 tops.
