HK Audio LUNAR 112 XA Active 12 inch Loudspeaker

The LUNAR 112 XA sits in the middle of the range: a 12-inch cone driver on a 2.5-inch voice coil and a 1-inch compression driver with a 1.4-inch coil, crossed at 1.9 kHz by a FIR filter with a 60 dB per octave slope. Crossing that low keeps the compression driver out of trouble and lets the horn hold the 90 by 55 degree pattern further down. Peak output is 130 dB with response from 62 Hz.

The amplifier is Class D biamped at 600 W RMS and 1200 W peak, fed by a 48 kHz DSP with Music, External Sub, Monitor and Voice presets and full limiting. Connections are one XLR/jack combo on mic or line, an XLR thru, a mix output, and Bluetooth 5.4 with True Wireless Stereo for pairing a second cabinet. The MDF box has DuoTilt 3 or 7 pole angles, four M8 points for the AP-8 bracket, a 33 degree monitor face and two SingleGrip handles, at 45.2 pounds.
