Blackmagic ATEM 4 M/E Constellation IP Plus
The ATEM 4 M/E Constellation IP Plus is Blackmagic's large-format live production switcher for full IP broadcast facilities. It is natively SMPTE-2110 and moves everything over high-speed 100G Ethernet, giving 64 inputs and 64 outputs across sixteen 100G QSFP28 connections. Every input has its own hardware standards converter, so any format from any source is accepted and conformed automatically, and all IP connections are fully redundant to the SMPTE-2022-7 seamless switching standard.
Inside, the production engine is sized to match: 16 ATEM Advanced Keyers, four independent multi-views and two SuperSource processors that together deliver 12 DVEs. Audio is handled as full SMPTE-2110 software mixing over USB-C, with talkback buses, camera and engineering loops and third-party plug-in support. It carries Blackmagic part number BMD-SWATEMSCN2/3ME4/IP/P.
