Tightrope Cablecast CBL-SVR430-VOD Automation and VOD Server

The CBL-SVR430-VOD pairs Cablecast Pro automation with Video on Demand in a single 2 rack-unit server. It runs a station's scheduled playout, ingesting, storing and airing programming under the Cablecast automation and scheduling engine, while its VOD engine publishes that same content on demand as H.264 HLS adaptive-bitrate streams to desktops, mobile devices and OTT apps.

The server bundles Cablecast Pro, the Carousel Framework channel-branding and CG software, and VOD processing, so a PEG or municipal channel manages broadcast playout and its web video library from one box. It ships in a 2 rack-unit chassis.
