Sony RX10 V 25x High-Zoom Camera with 24 - 600 mm ZEISS Lens

The RX10 V puts a 25x optical zoom, 24 - 600 mm equivalent F2.4-4 ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* lens with eight ED elements in front of a 1.0-type stacked Exmor RS sensor and the BIONZ XR engine, so one camera covers wide landscapes and distant wildlife without a lens change. Fast Hybrid AF runs 575 phase-detection points with subject recognition for people, animals, birds, insects, cars, trains and aircraft, and the drive reaches 30 fps. It focuses as close as 3 cm at wide angle.

Video is where the update shows: 4K up to 120p in XAVC HS and XAVC S, plus XAVC S-I intra-frame 4K at 600 Mbps in 4:2:2 10-bit, with four-channel LPCM audio and proxy recording. Optical stabilisation with Active mode, a 1.62 million dot 3-inch tilting touchscreen, a UHS-II SD slot and 4K 30p USB streaming round it out. The NP-FZ100 battery is good for about 570 to 630 shots. The camera weighs about 1,111 g; a lens hood, lens cap, shoe cap and shoulder strap are supplied.
