Shure SLXD14+ Instrument Digital Wireless System
The SLXD14+ is a complete bodypack wireless system in Shure's SLX-D+ line, pairing the SLXD4+ half-rack receiver with an SLXD1+ bodypack transmitter for lavalier, headworn, or instrument use. It is the transmitter-and-receiver bundle without a microphone, aimed at users who already have the lav or headset they want to run, or who are outfitting a room where the mic is specified separately. Antennas and rack hardware are included so it drops into a rack and works.
The SLX-D+ platform sends transparent 24-bit audio with 118 dB of dynamic range and AES-256 encryption, and its dual-band tuning spans a wide 138 MHz range, fitting up to 11 systems per 6 MHz TV channel or 14 per 8 MHz channel. Working range reaches 100 m (328 ft), and the bodypack runs up to 8 hours on two AA batteries. ShowLink Ease keeps the receiver and transmitter coordinated for automatic frequency updates and interference mitigation without interrupting audio.
