JBL Professional JBL CBT 1000 Constant Beamwidth Technology adjustable-coverage line array column

The CBT 1000 is the large adjustable-coverage column: six 165 mm neodymium LF drivers and twenty-four 25 mm HF drivers, with a tapered horizontal waveguide running 100 to 160 degrees. Vertical coverage is set separately for the top and bottom halves from four selections each, so the pattern can be shaped to the actual geometry of the room instead of a fixed splay.

Frequency range runs to 45 Hz at -10 dB and sensitivity is 102 dB at the highest-directivity setting. It is a 4 ohm passive box requiring an external amplifier, with a recommended 35 Hz high-pass at 24 dB per octave or steeper. A two-part swivel and tilt bracket is included, and the cabinet is IP-55 rated with the optional MTC-PC2 cover.
