The Control 1 Pro is a two-way professional compact loudspeaker system, from the Control Contractor installed range. The low-frequency section uses 5.25in (135mm). Transducers are LF: 135 mm (5.25 in) low frequency loudspeaker HF: 19 mm (.75 in) polycarbonate dome tweeter. Nominal coverage is 120 degrees H x 120 degrees V. Frequency range is 80 Hz to 20 kHz. JBL rates it at 150 W.

The enclosure is Polypropylene Structural Foam. The grille is Zinc-plated steel. Finish is Black (C1Pro) or White (C1Pro-WH). Connections are Spring-loaded terminals. It measures 235 mm x 159 mm x 143 mm (9.3 in x 6.3 in x 5.6 in). Net weight is 1.8 kg (4 lb).
