HK Audio LINEAR 5 MK II 118 Sub HPA High-Power Subwoofer

The LINEAR 5 MK II 118 Sub HPA is the high-power extension of the 118 SUB A, built around the same 18-inch cone driver and 4-inch voice coil in a bass-reflex birch plywood cabinet, but pushed by 1,500 W RMS and 3,000 W peak Class D power. Response reaches down to 33 Hz, with cardioid configuration presets available for venues that need bass kept off the stage or out of a neighboring space.

The DSP preamplifier runs a 48 kHz parametric 10-band EQ with low-pass filtering, polarity, delay, limiting, and mute at under 2.6 ms latency, and accepts up to +20 dBu input. Connections include two XLR/jack combo inputs, two balanced XLR outputs, a dedicated DSP XLR output, and Ethercon RJ45 networking, powered through Powercon NAC3 in/thru. The cabinet weighs 125.2 pounds and mounts on a single M20 pole.
