HK Audio LINEAR 5 MK II 112 FA Active Full-Range Loudspeaker

The LINEAR 5 MK II 112 FA is a powerful full-range mid/high unit that performs both as a standalone system and as the top cabinet over a LINEAR 5 MK II subwoofer. A 12-inch cone driver on a 2.5-inch voice coil crosses at 1.6 kHz to a 1-inch compression driver on a rotatable constant-directivity horn set to 60 by 40 degrees, reaching 128 dB average and 135 dB peak with response down to 55 Hz.

Biamped Class D power runs 600 W RMS and 1,200 W peak through a DSP preamplifier with under 2 ms latency. Connections cover an XLR/jack combo input, XLR output, a dedicated DSP XLR output, and Ethercon RJ45 networking, powered through an IEC inlet with V-lock safety catch. The hybrid birch plywood and MDF cabinet is finished in jet black acrylic enamel and weighs 48.3 pounds.
