Crestron MC4-R Crestron Home Control System with Handheld Remote Kit
Every one of these kits is the same MC4-R 4-Series control system for Crestron Home OS paired with a different remote, so the choice here is about how the client wants to drive the room rather than about the processor. The MC4-R carries 2 GB of SDRAM, 8 GB of flash and a built-in infiNET EX gateway, which is what lets the remote talk to it without a separate wireless gateway, and it supplies wired control on one RS-232 port, four IR outputs, two relays and two Versiport I/O ports. Four IRP2 emitters are included.
The HR-150 is the 50-button handheld with prelabeled and engravable caps, white LED backlighting behind every button and a full transport and navigation layout, running on four AAA cells. The HR-310 is the equivalent kit remote in black or white. HR-CV-MINI is the compact handheld. The TSR-310 kits substitute the touch screen remote, which is why they sit at the top of the range. All variants share the same processor specifications below.
