Crestron CM2-DIMUEX Cameo 2 In-Wall Universal Phase Dimmer

The CM2-DIMUEX picks the phase to match the load, which is what lets one part number handle LED, incandescent, magnetic low voltage and electronic low voltage fixtures on the same job. It carries 500 W/VA at 100VAC and 600 W/VA at 120-240VAC, plus a 1/8 HP motor, and joins the Crestron system over infiNET EX 2-way RF at 2.4 GHz. Minimum and maximum levels are adjustable and the dimming curve can be set linear, logarithmic or custom, which is the setting that usually rescues a mixed retrofit full of unfamiliar LED drivers.

The body matches the rest of the Cameo 2 line, so dimmers, switches and keypads sit together in a multigang box without a visual break. Choose the full keypad, with up to six programmable buttons over RGB backlit text regions and six indicator regions, or the single large rocker. ENGRAVED variants take custom button engraving on small, medium or large caps. Terminals are 14-12 AWG screw type for hot, remote, load, neutral and ground; neutral is optional but recommended. Mounts in any gang US electrical box at a recommended 3.5 in depth, and needs a Cameo 2 faceplate and a Crestron wireless gateway, both sold separately.
