Crestron CLWI-DIMUNEX Universal Phase In-Wall Dimmer with Neutral, 230 VAC
The CLWI-DIMUNEX is the CLWI universal phase dimmer wired with a neutral, which is what lets it hold a stable level on the low-wattage loads that defeat a two-wire dimmer. The minimum load drops to 15 Watts against the 50 Watts of the neutral-free version, so a pair of LED downlights on their own circuit still dims smoothly. Maximum load is 450 VA per channel, and universal operation covers forward and reverse phase loads automatically.
Buttons are field-replaceable and engravable, so what the station does can change long after it was installed. Snap-on fittings need no tools, and the face configures as one large rocker, up to two adjacent half-size rockers, or a triple button pad, up to six positions in all. Each unit ships with a full assortment of blank buttons. Because it sits on the Crestron network it also works as a keypad, sending scene and audio commands rather than only driving its own load. A faceplate is not included; the FP-INTENSE and FP-PURE ranges cover it in 18 colors and finishes up to five gang.
