Crestron CLX-1DIMU4-HP 4-Channel High-Power Universal Dimmer Module, 120V
The CLX-1DIMU4-HP is the high-power member of the CLX universal dimmer family: four channels off a single 120 Volt feed, each rated 10 Amps or 1,200 Watts, with a 16 Amp module total. Universal operation covers LED, incandescent, electronic and magnetic low-voltage, and 2-wire dimmable fluorescent loads, and non-dimmable lighting can simply be switched. Minimum load is zero Watts, so a nearly empty channel behaves the same as a full one.
CLX modules mount in a Crestron CAEN or CAEN-MLO wall enclosure and bus their low-voltage control between one another on a five-wire link, terminating at a CAEN-BLOCK at the bottom of the cabinet, which is what keeps a large centralized system to one Cresnet drop. High-voltage wiring lands on a separate CLT terminal block, sold separately, so the electrician can terminate the feeders before the module is ever fitted.
