Blackmagic Teranex SDI to HDMI 12G Converter

The Teranex Mini SDI to HDMI 12G takes a 12G-SDI feed and drives an HDMI display, so a broadcast SDI signal can be viewed on an HDMI television or projector. It handles SD, HD, 6G and 12G-SDI rates on the input and includes a built in down converter that picks the best format an attached HDMI monitor can accept. Instant Lock on the HDMI output and a 33 point LUT let you match a house look or check a reference monitor without a separate box.

Audio de-embeds from the SDI stream to balanced analog XLR or AES/EBU digital, with the right XLR switchable to a timecode output. A 12G-SDI loop passes the source on to the next device in the chain. The unit fits the standard Teranex Mini chassis, so it drops into the optional Rack Shelf and accepts the optional Smart Panel for front panel monitoring and setup.
