Blackmagic Teranex Mini Rack Shelf

The Teranex Mini Rack Shelf mounts the compact Teranex Mini converters in a standard 19-inch equipment rack. Three converters fit side by side in 1RU, six in 2RU and nine in 3RU, so a bank of conversions can be organized in a single tidy row rather than scattered as loose boxes.

When multiple units sit side by side, their variable speed fans pull air from one unit into the next for even cooling, and if a fan fails the adjacent converters raise their fan speed to prevent overheating. Because the converters are small and light, the shelf can also be mounted in the rear of a rack or in a road case.
