Blackmagic Teranex SDI to Analog 12G Converter

The Teranex Mini SDI to Analog 12G converts a 12G-SDI feed to analog video, so modern SDI equipment can drive legacy analog gear. It accepts SD, HD, 6G and 12G-SDI rates and includes a built in down converter that lets Ultra HD sources reach component video equipment in SD or HD. Composite, Y/C and component outputs cover older monitors, Betacam SP and VHS decks.

Along with the analog video, it de-embeds two channels of balanced analog audio on XLR or four channels of AES/EBU digital, and the right XLR can be set to output timecode. A 12G-SDI loop keeps the digital signal moving downstream. The unit fits the standard Teranex Mini chassis and works with the optional Rack Shelf and Smart Panel.
