Blackmagic ATEM Television Studio4K8 Production Switcher 2TB

The ATEM Television Studio 4K8 is an all-in-one live production switcher that scales from a single operator up to a full broadcast crew. It has 8 12G-SDI inputs, each with a dedicated standards converter that accepts formats all the way up to UHD 4K60, plus 10 12G-SDI aux outputs for feeding external recorders and monitors. The creative toolset covers four ATEM Advanced Chroma Keyers, two downstream keyers, two DVEs, SuperSource and two media players, so a small team can build a polished multi-camera show.

A built-in hardware H.264/AAC encoder streams straight to platforms over RTMP, either through the four-port 10G Ethernet switch or a shared internet connection over USB-C, and a master recorder captures the program at the same time. Power is redundant, with AC mains plus a 12V XLR DC input for battery or backup supply, and it is sold two ways: with a 2TB SSD installed (BMD-SWATEMTVSTC/K4K8/2) or with no internal storage (BMD-SWATEMTVSTC/K4K8/0) for recording to your own external disk.
