Audio-Technica ATUC-50DUa Wired Discussion Unit
The ATUC-50DUa is the delegate and chairperson unit for Audio-Technica's ATUC-50 wired discussion system. Each seat takes a gooseneck microphone on a 3-pin XLRF-type input - the ATUC-M32L, ATUC-M43H or ATUC-M58H - and gives the person sitting there a talk control, a headphone output for the floor or an interpretation channel, and a display for monitoring level and channel.
Units daisy-chain to the ATUC-50CU control unit, which carries audio, control and power, so a seat is one cable rather than a mic line plus a power supply. Because the microphone is a separate part, neck length can be chosen per room and a damaged mic is replaced without touching the unit.
