Audio-Technica ATUC-M32L Line Cardioid Gooseneck Microphone
The ATUC-M32L is the fixed-charge line cardioid gooseneck microphone built to plug into Audio-Technica's ATUC-50 and ATUC-IR discussion and interpretation units. A 12.6" (320 mm) neck holds a slim 0.39" (10 mm) head steady over a delegate's seat without dominating the tabletop, and a double-layer pop filter tames plosives on close-in speech.
A remote-controlled LED ring around the head gives the room a clear visual cue for whether that seat's mic is live, driven from the connected discussion unit rather than a separate switch on the mic itself. RFI-shielding technology keeps the signal quiet around phones and other RF sources in a crowded meeting room, and the mic terminates in a standard XLR3-M connector fitted with a rubber cap that damps mechanical vibration from the gooseneck.
