Whirlwind SPC Series Rack Mic Splitter

The SPC Series is the splitter for a permanent install, where XLR connectivity on the splitter itself is not wanted. Each unit gives eight channels of mic level splitting in one rack space, 7.5 inches deep including the tie bar, and all connections are made on removable Phoenix style connectors with the cable end connectors included. A rear tie bar holds the cabling so nothing gets pulled out.

The SPC82 and SPC82P give one direct and one transformer isolated output per channel; the SPC83 and SPC83P give one direct and two isolated. A set of DIP switches per ISO output lifts the ground between input and isolated output. The P versions add rear terminals for injecting phantom power at the splitter from the DCSP1 supply, and because phantom is then blocked from every output including the direct out, choose a non-P model if console phantom must pass through. SPC82L is the line level version, and the LUND models use premium Lundahl transformers.
