Whirlwind MASS Angle Adapter Kit

A multipin cable leaving a rack panel dead straight takes the strain on the connector and eats the working space in front of the rack. The MASS Angle Adapter hinges the connector so the cable turns away as soon as it is plugged in, taking the load off the shell and giving the panel room to breathe.

A wrap-around shroud is built in, so the connector wiring stays covered rather than exposed at the front of the rack. With no cable attached the adapter swings closed and locks in the traditional straight-ahead position, which means it does not add depth when the rack is packed. The large kit fits W3 and W4 multipins, the small kit W5 and W6. A 19 inch rack panel is sold separately.
