Tightrope Cablecast CBL-SX4-530-HA Hardware Assurance Plan

This is the annual Hardware Assurance contract for the Cablecast SX4 video server, the four-channel SX playout unit with four composite and four SDI outputs, two inputs, and 8TB of RAID5 content storage. Hardware Assurance extends the server's hardware warranty and gives its repairs priority, so a failed playout server is serviced under coverage instead of taking multiple channels off air at the station's expense.

The contract covers one CBL-SX4-530 and is billed annually. It adds no hardware; it keeps a high-channel-count video server supported past its standard factory warranty so the station's playout stays protected.
