Tightrope Cablecast CBL-SX4-530-UPG10 Four-Channel Video Server Upgrade

The Cablecast SX4 is the four-channel member of Tightrope's Cablecast SX video-server line. It carries the same scheduling, automation and channel-branding software as the SX2 but drives four independent channels, so a facility running several cable channels can automate them from a single server. Like the rest of the SX family it plays multiple formats with no transcoding and is operated from a web-based interface.

On the I/O side the SX servers provide composite and SDI outputs with SDI embedded audio and balanced XLR analog audio, and content sits on RAID-protected storage. This SKU is the SX4 on Tightrope's UPG10 upgrade path, the purchase configuration for stations trading up to a four-channel server; Cablecast Station Automation software is included.
