Tightrope Cablecast CBL-SVR-VOD-PRO-HA Hardware Assurance Plan

CBL-SVR-VOD-PRO-HA is the annual hardware assurance contract for the Cablecast Pro VOD server (CBL-PROVOD). The first three years of coverage are included with the purchase of the server, and this contract is how a station keeps that protection in force beyond the initial term.

Hardware assurance can be carried up to five years total. Years four and five must be purchased before the existing warranty expires, and buying them together with the original system earns a 25 percent discount. Keeping the plan continuous protects a VOD server against downtime and out-of-warranty repair costs.
