Tightrope Cablecast CBL-SVR-VOD-Lite-HA Hardware Assurance Plan

This is Tightrope's annual Hardware Assurance contract for the Cablecast Pro VOD-Lite server. It extends hardware coverage and support on the VOD-Lite appliance beyond the base factory warranty, so the video-on-demand server stays protected and serviceable as it runs day and night.

Hardware Assurance renews yearly and is tied to the covered VOD-Lite unit. It is a coverage contract rather than hardware or software; Tightrope prices these plans against the server they protect and includes ongoing technical support for the covered system.
