Teradek ACE 750 Wireless Video System
The Ace 750 is Teradek's HDMI-only wireless set for camera operators who need the picture on the director's monitor with nothing between it and the sensor. Teradek's BB3 chip carries 4K30 at 10-bit 4:2:2 HDR with under 0.001 seconds of delay, so a focus puller pulling off the receiver sees the same frame the camera sees. The transmitter reaches up to 750 feet line of sight and one transmitter can feed as many as six receivers, which is what makes it work on a set with a video village, a client monitor, and a handheld follow.
Both units run on internal antennas, so there is nothing to snap off in a run-and-gun bag, and both take power from a barrel connector fed by the included AC adapter or a battery over P-Tap. Radio-wise it works across the 5 GHz band plus the newer 6 GHz U-NII channels, giving it clean spectrum to fall back on in a crowded venue. The set ships as a transmitter and a receiver with an ultra-thin 18 inch HDMI cable, an 18W AC adapter, a light stand adapter, and a hot shoe adapter.
