Shure SM63LB
The SM63LB is the long-handle, black version of Shure's SM63 broadcast interview microphone, an omnidirectional dynamic tuned for speech. Its smooth, wide 80 to 20,000 Hz response is voiced for intelligibility, with a controlled low-frequency rolloff that trims handling and wind noise, and its omnidirectional pattern keeps a subject's level steady even when the mic drifts off-axis in a moving interview.
A built-in humbucking coil makes it virtually immune to the hum of studio lighting, and an internal shock mount keeps grip noise down. The extended 23 cm handle gives a reporter room to hold and aim the mic on camera. It ships with the A57F swivel adapter, a 26A13 carrying bag, and a 49A130 black windscreen.
