Shure RPW122

The RPW122 is the wireless Beta 87C cartridge, a factory replacement that restores the Beta 87C vocal head to a Shure handheld wireless transmitter. It is a complete assembly, swapping the cartridge, the housing, and the matte grille in one part rather than a bare capsule. The condenser element gives the detail, presence, and top-end clarity a dynamic head cannot match, and its cardioid pattern favors the singer while rejecting monitor and PA bleed to help hold back feedback on a loud stage.

Use it to bring a worn or damaged wireless Beta 87C head back to spec, or to give a transmitter the smoother, brighter voicing of the 87C. As part of Shure's interchangeable wireless cartridge line, it threads onto the transmitter body and can be swapped for another RPW-series cartridge without replacing the transmitter itself.
