Shure RPW120
The RPW120 is a replacement Beta 87A cartridge for Shure's interchangeable-capsule handheld wireless transmitters. It is a complete front-end assembly, not just a capsule: it bundles the Beta 87A supercardioid condenser element, its housing, and the matte grille into one screw-on unit, so a dropped or worn wireless handheld can be brought back to full Beta 87A performance without replacing the whole transmitter.
The Beta 87A voice is a studio-grade condenser with a supercardioid pattern that maximizes gain before feedback and a tailored response with controlled low-frequency roll-off, which suits close-up lead and background vocals in high-SPL stage environments. The cartridge threads onto most of Shure's interchangeable-capsule handheld transmitters, with the exception of the BLX and GLX-D systems.
