Shure KSM141/SL Stereo Pair
The KSM141/SL Stereo is a matched pair of end-addressed studio condensers with a rotating collar that switches each mic between a true cardioid and a true omnidirectional pattern - a genuine dual-pattern capsule, not a diaphragm trick. That makes the pair equally at home as a spaced or coincident stereo array on drum overheads, acoustic guitar, piano, or room, and rugged enough to follow the session onto a live stage.
A 2.5-micron, 24-karat gold-layered Mylar diaphragm and a Class A transformerless preamp give fast transient response and low distortion, and a three-position pad (0, 15, 25 dB) lets the pair sit in front of very loud sources. Each mic runs on 48V phantom power. The champagne-finish pair ships in an A141SPC case with two A100WS windscreens, two A57F mic clips, and an A27M stereo bar.
