Martin MAC Encore Wash WRM LED Wash Moving Head

The MAC Encore Wash WRM is the warm-white wash head in the Encore family, running the 468 W Martin LED engine at 3000 K behind a Fresnel lens. Fixture output is 8,500 lumens, or 9,500 lumens with the optional PC lens, and the color quality numbers are the reason to pick it over the cold-white version: CRI, CQS, TM-30 Rf and TLCI all above 90, with a gamut index above 98. On a television floor or a theatre rig sitting next to tungsten, that is the difference between a fixture that blends and one the camera picks out.

The internal barn door module carries two blades with individually controllable insertion and rotates plus or minus 100 degrees, so beams get shaped inside the head rather than with bolt-on hardware. CMY mixing, a six-filter dichroic wheel, an iris and variable color temperature from 3000 to 7000 K cover the rest. Control is 24 DMX channels over 5-pin XLR with RDM, 16-bit on dimming, pan and tilt. The head weighs 28.5 kg and powers from 120 to 240 V through a Neutrik TRUE1 inlet, with two omega brackets in the box. SIP and white-finish versions are stocked alongside the standard EPS unit.
