Crestron MPC4-302 4-Series Media Presentation Controller 302
The MPC4-302 is the widest of the 4-Series wall controllers, a three-gang plate that adds the full onboard control port set to the five-button and rotary-volume surface. A bidirectional RS-232 port and an IR/serial port drive a display or a document camera, two programmable relays run a screen or a lift, and two Versiport I/O ports read sensors or dry contacts or output 0-10 VDC. A Cresnet server port supports roughly twenty Cresnet devices at 2.5 W, extendable with a DIN-HUB or CNXHUB.
It runs native .AV Framework with up to ten simultaneous programs and is built for estate deployment: 802.1X, Active Directory authentication, SSH, TLS, HTTPS, SNMP V3, and provisioning through XiO Cloud, Crestron Toolbox or Crestron Fusion before the unit is even unboxed. Power is PoE+ at 8.5 W typical. The panel flush mounts in a 3-gang U.S. plaster ring or box at 2-1/2 in depth or more, in a lectern with the supplied bracket, or on a table with a TTK-MP/MPC/IPAC series kit ordered separately.
