BZBGear BG-EXUF 4-Port USB Extender over Fiber

The BG-EXUF extends USB over single-mode or multi-mode fiber: USB 3.1 Gen 1 at 5 Gbps to 100 m, or USB 2.0 and 1.1 out to 10 km on single-mode. The remote unit is a four-port hub, so four devices go out on one fiber run without a separate hub at the far end.

Fiber removes electromagnetic interference from the equation, which is why this is the extender for a factory floor, a broadcast plant or a hospital rather than a copper solution. No drivers are needed, the power connectors lock so a cable cannot be knocked out, and both chassis are metal with mounting holes for a permanent install.
