BZBGear BG-IPGEAR-PRO-T AV over IP Transmitter
The IPGEAR-PRO-T is the encoder end of BZBGear's 4K AV-over-IP system. It takes an HDMI source, puts it onto a gigabit network and lets any number of IPGEAR-PRO receivers pull it - point to point, point to many, or as one of up to 1,023 multicast groups selected with a dip switch. Latency is a maximum of two frames.
A USB 2.0 hub on the transmitter carries KVM back from the receiving end, and IR and RS-232 pass through in both directions so a source can still be driven from the far room. Power arrives over the same Ethernet cable via PoE. The unit is TAA compliant, and video wall layouts are built in the web interface or the free control app. This is the transmitter only; receivers and the controller are ordered separately.
