BZBGear BG-CAB-U3A USB 3.0 Active Optical Extension Cable

The BG-CAB-U3A is a USB 3.0 Type-A male to Type-A female active optical extension cable. Converting the data to light inside the cable removes the distance limit that copper USB runs into, and gets a camera, a hub or a drive out to 50 m from the computer.

It holds the full USB 3.0 rate of 5 Gbps along the way, and supports UASP for faster transfers with compatible hosts. Lengths run from 10 m to 50 m, which covers the usual case of a PTZ camera or a conferencing device at the far side of a room from the machine driving it.
