VigilLink VLEX-HT3040U HDBaseT 3.0 HDMI and USB-C Extender with USB, 40m at 4K60

The VLEX-HT3040U carries uncompressed HDMI and USB-C video with USB 2.0, bidirectional IR, and RS-232 over one Cat6A/7 cable. Reach is 230 feet (70 meters) at 4K30 or 1080p and 131 feet (40 meters) at 4K60 (YUV 4:4:4), with no compression in the path.

The transmitter offers one HDMI input, one USB-C input with 60W charging, one USB host port, and three USB device ports, so a laptop connects with a single cable and stays charged. The receiver provides the HDMI output and its own USB device ports for far-end peripherals.
