VigilLink VLEX-ACT300-TR Digital Audio over CAT Extender, 300m

The VLEX-ACT300-TR carries TOSLINK optical and coaxial digital audio across a single Cat5e/6 cable, both signals at the same time. Reach is 300 meters at 48kHz, 150 meters at 96kHz, and 100 meters at 192kHz, which puts a rack-room source within range of almost any room in the building.

The receiver includes a DAC that converts either incoming digital signal to a two-channel analog stereo output, so the far end can feed an amplifier directly. One-way Power over Cable means only the transmitter needs a local supply. Supported formats include LPCM, DTS, Dolby Digital, and Dolby Digital Plus.
