VigilLink GeoBox M804ex Four-channel Edge Blending And Projection-mapping Processor
The M804ex tops VigilLink's GeoBox mapping line at four channels, combining edge blending with true projection mapping so a 4K/2K input can be warped onto irregular or non-planar surfaces - columns, domes, building facades - rather than just corrected for a flat screen. Each of its four processing modules takes two HDMI, one DisplayPort, and one VGA input and outputs up to 2048x1080/60Hz, letting a single 11.9 x 6.5 x 1.7 in, 3.33 lb chassis drive and align a four-projector array.
A 10-bit engine holds geometry alignment to up to 120x68 warp control points per channel while keeping system latency to a single 33ms frame pair, and independent R/G/B gamma correction on the blend zones keeps color consistent where projector images overlap. Control is available from the front keypad, an IR remote, RS-232, USB, or Ethernet/web page, and two M804EX units can cascade together to control up to eight projectors on the largest installs.
