Vaddio EasyIP CeilingMIC D Dante Overhead Microphone

The EasyIP CeilingMIC D is the networked overhead microphone for EasyIP rooms. Physically it is the CeilingMIC: a 2.5 in (6.3 cm) capsule through the ceiling tile on a 15 ft (4.6 m) drop cable, with the interface box above the tile. What changes is the back end, which connects to a PoE+ switch and appears on the Dante network, where it is paired with the conferencing device using Dante Controller rather than plugged into an EasyMic port.

Vaddio publishes the same performance figures for the EasyMic and EasyIP microphones: 100 Hz to 16 kHz, THD plus noise under 0.02%, dynamic range better than 90 dB. Cable from the interface box to the switch runs up to 100 ft (30 m). Rated 32 to 104 degrees F (0 to 40 C) at 10 to 80% non-condensing humidity, 2 lbs (0.9 kg) installed. Available in white or black.
