Teradek Prism Mobile Mk II Dual 4G HEVC/AVC Encoder

Prism Mobile Mk II is the 4G LTE build of Teradek's camera-back bonded encoder. Two internal LTE modems, each with its own switchable SIM, bond together with external Node modems, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi so a moving crew keeps a live feed alive across changing coverage. Video enters over 12G-SDI or HDMI 2.0 and is encoded up to 10-bit 4K HDR 4:2:2 in HEVC or AVC, tuned to keep the picture clean on a cellular uplink rather than a fixed line.

It is the version to reach for when 5G is not deployed where you shoot, or when a 4G contribution path already does the job and the extra cost of the 5G-Q unit is not warranted - the encoder, workflow, and rig are otherwise the same Prism Mobile platform. The stream records to an internal SD card as a safety copy, the unit is driven from an on-body OLED, a browser UI, or the Prism iOS app, and it drops straight into the Prism Mobile Backpack when a crew needs to add external Node modems for more bonded headroom. Battery configurations cover Gold Mount, 26V Gold Mount, V-Mount, and a bare no-mount body.
