Shure WL93 Micro-Lavalier Microphone (for wireless use)
The WL93 is a subminiature omnidirectional condenser lavalier microphone designed to vanish on camera or stage. Its tiny electret capsule is meant for general speech in theater, houses of worship, presentations, and film and video work, anywhere a discreet, easily hidden mic matters. The 360-degree omnidirectional pattern picks up the voice evenly regardless of how the mic shifts against clothing, so a talker can turn freely without dropouts.
The response is tailored for chest-worn use, with a presence rise that restores intelligibility lost to body placement and a controlled low-frequency rolloff that trims clothing rustle and room rumble. It withstands up to 120 dB SPL for close, energetic speech. A 4 ft (1.2 m) cable ends in a 4-pin mini connector (TA4F) that plugs straight into a Shure bodypack transmitter, and it ships with a mounting block and tie bar, a sew-on mounting bracket, and an acoustic windscreen for outdoor use.
