Shure GLXD1+
The Shure GLXD1+ is the dual-band digital bodypack transmitter for the GLX-D+ wireless family, sold on its own to add a channel or replace a pack. Its rugged metal body carries a TA4F (TQG) input for Shure headset and lavalier microphones and instrument cables, plus a reversible belt clip and an on/off switch that can be found by feel. It is the wearable end of a system built around automatic, interference-avoiding frequency management.
Dual Band operation lets the pack move between the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands to dodge congestion and hold a dropout-free link, with a flat 20 Hz to 20 kHz audio path. Power comes from the intelligent SB904 lithium-ion battery, good for up to 12 hours and rechargeable in the receiver or over USB-C right in the pack, where a 15-minute quick charge returns about 1.5 hours of use. It ships with the SB904 rechargeable battery; a GLX-D+ receiver is required and sold separately.
