Shure BLX2 SM58
The BLX2/SM58 is the handheld transmitter half of Shure's BLX wireless system, putting the legendary SM58 vocal capsule on a cordless body. The SM58's cardioid dynamic element delivers the midrange presence and rugged feedback control that has defined live vocals for decades, now free of a cable. A switchable -10 dB gain attenuation setting keeps hot sources from overloading the input.
It pairs with any matching-band BLX4 or BLX4R receiver and runs on two AA batteries for up to 14 hours of use. QuickScan on the receiver locks the pair to a clean channel, and the transmitter reaches up to 300 ft line of sight in the clear.
